In 2024, the Provincial General Hospital promoted solidarity and responsibility, successfully completed the assigned tasks and plans. In 2025, the Hospital will strive to overcome difficulties, shortcomings, and limitations, and synchronously implement solutions to complete the task of protecting and taking care of people's health. The key tasks are to improve management efficiency; streamline the apparatus, streamline the organization, operate effectively and efficiently; develop high-quality human resources; strengthen cooperation strategies and develop specialized techniques; ensure medical supplies and drugs; promote digital transformation to build smart hospitals; at the same time, develop medical services on demand; promote the movement "Towards patient satisfaction" through training in communication skills, professional behavior, and improving the quality of services, examination and treatment. The Hospital strives to increase the number of outpatient visits by 15%, increase the number of inpatient treatments by 7%; and bed occupancy rate over 85%. Implement at least 10 new, specialized techniques, focusing on the following areas: Vascular intervention, endoscopy, oncology, neurology, nephrology, obstetrics and gynecology. Increase the rate of hospital quality criteria reaching levels 4 and 5 to 85.28%.
