The fair and exhibition is scheduled to take place for 11 days, from September 20 to 30, 2025 at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace. The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place at 7:30 p.m. on September 20, 2025.
The fair is a key activity in a series of events to welcome the Congress, aiming to promote propaganda, introduce and advertise OCOP products, stimulate domestic consumption, promote the movement "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", and at the same time create opportunities for exchange and connection between OCOP enterprises in and outside the province.

This is also an opportunity to introduce the outstanding socio -economic achievements of Quang Ninh province in the past 5 years to a large number of people, tourists, organizations and businesses.
The fair is expected to have 20 model booths (36m²/area) and about 60 standard booths (9m²/booth). The products on display are OCOP products, agricultural products, typical specialties of Quang Ninh and other localities, ensuring quality, traceability and market circulation standards.
The event was directed by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, chaired by the Department of Industry and Trade, and coordinated with departments, branches, localities and enterprises to implement. Activities within the framework of the fair and exhibition are required to ensure effectiveness, practicality and safety, contributing to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere towards the 16th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.
