At the meeting, the communes presented draft documents and preparations for the congress. Accordingly, the draft political report submitted to Du Gia commune summarized the results of implementing the resolution for the 2020-2025 term, the commune completed 23 targets, exceeding 11 targets. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party committees and organizations were enhanced; the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in all fields were enhanced.
Breakthroughs and key tasks are implemented synchronously and effectively... In the 2025 - 2030 term, the commune strives to build a locality that strongly develops green tourism ; by 2030, it will be an average commune compared to other highland communes in the province.
In the draft political report, Duong Thuong commune affirmed the Party's leading role in the comprehensive development of the locality. During the term, the work of building the Party and the political system was given special attention. The whole commune admitted 87 new Party members, organized a streamlined and effective apparatus after the merger. Effectively implemented 3 National Target Programs, with a total investment of over 44 billion VND...
In the new term, the commune will focus on building a strong Party, exploiting potentials and advantages, promoting cultural identity, eliminating bad customs; striving to have an average socio -economic status of the province by 2030.

During the 2025-2030 term, Ngoc Long commune focuses on improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of Party members. The government focuses on innovating leadership and management methods; promoting administrative reform and applying information technology.
Total investment capital for socio-economic development reached over 42 billion VND; the poverty rate decreased to 39.87%. The political report also pointed out lessons learned; the new term identified 3 breakthroughs in prioritizing resources for investment in rural transport infrastructure, developing science and technology, digital transformation and building OCOP products...
At the working session, members of the working delegation noted that communes need to continue reviewing and supplementing data and more specific evidence to demonstrate the results of the resolution implementation; identify targets and tasks for the 2025-2030 term that need to be inherited, not spread out; identify breakthroughs that are close to local realities...
In his concluding remarks, Comrade Ha Trung Kien acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation of draft documents for the Congress of the communes. He emphasized: The Commune Party Congress is an important political event, so it is necessary to continue to do a good job of propaganda, celebration, and prepare a thoughtful, solemn, and properly organized Congress script.
Regarding the content of the document, he noted that it is necessary to complete it in line with reality, following the direction of superiors, ensuring personnel principles and procedures. Edit the political report to fully reflect the existing shortcomings and causes of weaknesses in order to have effective solutions to overcome them in the next term. Do a good job of propaganda to party members and people before, during and after the Congress.
