The Ministry of Education and Training has just sent an official dispatch to higher education institutions and the National Testing Center and Education Quality Assessment regarding the organization of the computer-based university entrance assessment test (V-SAT).
In recent days, the media has published information about the V-SAT exam organized by 18 higher education institutions in collaboration with the National Testing Center and Education Quality Assessment under the Department of Quality Management (Ministry of Education and Training). The information is titled "Ministry of Education and Training announces sample questions for the V-SAT exam for university admissions".
The Ministry of Education and Training affirms that the Ministry has no policy to assign the National Testing Center and Education Quality Assessment to develop tests for universities to use in university admissions (V-SAT test). The cooperation between universities to organize exams must comply with the provisions of the current Regulations on university admissions and college admissions for preschool education.
The Ministry of Education and Training will conduct inspections and checks on entrance exams organized by higher education institutions.
