On the morning of August 8, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to give opinions and policies on socio-economic issues; personnel work; inspection when there are signs of violations of the Party organization and other issues under its authority. Comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of relevant departments and branches; Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial People's Committee Office, etc.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions and policies on socio-economic issues including: Extension of the license to exploit limestone minerals for common construction materials in the T3 and T7 mines, Thien Ngo mountain, Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Liem district of Phu Ly Stone One Member Co., Ltd.; Funding support for Kim Bang, Ly Nhan and Thanh Liem districts to pay for the relocation of individual graves to centralized cemeteries in the area; Policy on supplementing the area to demarcate the area where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned and policy on mineral exploitation within the scope of the project; adjustment of the Mineral Exploitation License granted to Viet San Mineral Import-Export Production Joint Stock Company and on emulation and reward work.
Also at the conference, the Provincial Party Committee gave opinions on organizing the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress for the 2023-2028 term; gave opinions on issuing the Provincial Party Committee's Directive on leading the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels in the province for the 2024-2029 term; gave opinions on establishing subcommittees to prepare for organizing the 21st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; and gave opinions on issuing the Provincial Party Committee's Official Dispatch on strengthening control of power and preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee also gave opinions on 2 cases under the supervision and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negativity; gave opinions on inspection when there are signs of violations against the Party organization and personnel work.
Summarizing the discussion, giving opinions and policies of the Provincial Party Committee, concluding the conference, comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council agreed with the opinions and contents reported by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for opinions and policies at the conference, 1 content that needs to be studied and considered.
Regarding the organization of the Provincial Farmers' Association Congress for the 2023-2028 term, the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the contents presented by the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee, and at the same time requested the Association to closely follow the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee, 13th tenure on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas to 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association , and the opinions contributed at the conference to complete the contents and programs related to the 11th Congress, term 2023-2028, ensuring solemnity, economy, and efficiency.
Regarding the issuance of the Provincial Party Committee's Directive on leading the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels in the province for the 2024-2029 term, the Provincial Party Committee agreed to assign the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to consult the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to complete the directive and then issue directions for the congress.
Regarding the establishment of sub-committees to prepare for the organization of the 21st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Secretary proposed structuring cadres with appropriate capacity to perform well the tasks of the sub-committees.
Regarding other contents, the Provincial Party Secretary requested relevant agencies, departments and branches to absorb the opinions of the delegates, closely follow the direction of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the regulations of the Central Committee, Party committees and authorities at all levels, focus on leading and directing the implementation to ensure compliance with regulations. On the other hand, the Provincial Party Secretary requested members of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of relevant agencies, departments, branches and units to promote their roles and responsibilities, advise and effectively implement the contents stated in the conference.
