(NLDO) - Upon receiving the report of a fire in the office building, the authorities quickly arrived, promptly extinguished the fire and safely rescued nearly 30 people.
At around 8:04 a.m. on February 12, a fire broke out at the CTM building at 139 Cau Giay, Cau Giay District, Hanoi . Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Hanoi City Police arrived at the scene to carry out firefighting and rescue operations.

At the scene, authorities determined that the building that caught fire had multiple floors, including a supermarket, offices, and apartments. The fire started in the technical shaft area on the 4th floor of the building's office tower.
The authorities promptly organized fire fighting and completely extinguished the fire shortly after. At the same time, they deployed search and rescue teams.
Through search and rescue work, the authorities promptly guided nearly 30 people to escape to the roof and follow the stairs to a safe area.
