According to the Minister of Public Security, the draft law is built on the viewpoint of continuing to institutionalize the Party's viewpoint on the work of preventing and combating human trafficking; concretizing the provisions of the 2013 Constitution on human rights, basic rights and obligations of citizens, ensuring consistency and synchronization with other relevant legal documents. Closely following the policies in the proposal to develop the draft Law on Prevention and Combating Human Trafficking (amended) that has been approved by competent authorities; inheriting relevant regulations, overcoming shortcomings, inadequacies, and limitations, meeting the requirements of the work of preventing and combating human trafficking now and in the future.
