At the 7th session (from December 11 to 13), Dak Nong Provincial People's Council took a vote of confidence for 28 people holding positions elected by the 4th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

In this session, the Provincial People's Committee bloc had 21 delegates holding positions who were voted for. As a result, Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee, was the person with the highest number of votes of confidence with 48/49 votes (97.96%).
Meanwhile, in the provincial People's Council bloc, Mr. Luu Van Trung, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Council, had the highest number of votes of confidence with 44/49 votes (89.8%).
At the meeting, Dak Nong Provincial People's Council voted and passed 27 important resolutions.
On the afternoon of December 13, in his closing speech, Mr. Luu Van Trung requested the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts and Gia Nghia City to urgently deploy and organize the implementation of the resolutions passed by the Provincial People's Council; continue to thoroughly grasp, concretize, and effectively implement the resolutions.
