Today (July 24), NVL shares of No Va Real Estate Joint Stock Company ( Novaland ) suddenly increased to the ceiling price of 16,200 VND. During the closing order matching session, there were still over 4.5 million shares left to buy at the ceiling price. Liquidity also increased dramatically with nearly 96 million shares matched.
This is the third highest trading volume in the history of Novaland shares and the highest price of Novaland shares since mid-December 2022. Compared to the historic bottom in early March, NVL shares have increased by 58%.

Liquidity continued to increase. The HOSE floor achieved a trading volume of more than 1 billion shares with a trading value of more than VND 20,000 billion. The HNX floor recorded a trading volume of 129 million units, equivalent to a trading value of more than VND 2,100 billion.
