Police verify clip of man in car beating Grab driver

(Dan Tri) - On February 18, the leader of the People's Committee of Nguyen Van Cu Ward (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh) said that he had grasped information about the incident where a man in a car assaulted a Grab driver in the middle of the street, causing outrage.


According to information from the ward leader, the ward police have grasped the case and reported it to Quy Nhon City Police for further investigation and handling according to authority.

Recently, a 1 minute 27 second clip appeared on Facebook, recording a man driving a car attacking a Grab motorbike driver right on the street.

Through investigation, the incident occurred on Tran Van On Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province on the evening of February 14.

According to the clip, at the time of the incident, Tran Van On Street was quite narrow. When the Grab driver discovered a car coming in the opposite direction, he stopped and backed up to give way. However, the car continued to approach, causing the motorbike to almost fall off the road.

The Grab driver then reversed the motorbike and tried to swerve to the left towards the red car, causing both vehicles to get stuck. At this time, the man driving the red car opened the car door, got out and attacked the Grab driver.

Witnessing the violent act of the car driver, many people around ran to stop it. However, the car driver showed no signs of stopping and continued to curse.

The clip has attracted thousands of views and comments since it was posted. Many people believe the car driver was too aggressive and want the authorities to intervene and handle the incident.
