Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. is currently managing 28,826 hectares. Over the years, the company has not only fulfilled its production and business targets, ensuring stable income for its employees, but has also actively accompanied the locality in economic development. Notably, in recent years, the company has continued to affirm its position as the leading unit of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group in green transformation and sustainable development. The company is one of the first units in the group to implement sustainable forest certification standards; for 6 consecutive years, it has been in the Top 100 Vietnamese enterprises with sustainable development.

In the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. will develop multi-industry, planning a high-tech agricultural area of over 2,083 hectares; develop 6 industrial parks with an area of 4,866 hectares, 11 industrial clusters with an area of 800 hectares; 2 solar power and renewable energy complexes with an area of nearly 926 hectares.

Notably, in April 2025, the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group signed a cooperation agreement with Becamex IDC Corporation and Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited, marking an important development milestone in the cooperative relationship between the three units in the period of 2025-2030. The cooperation is expected to promote the advantages of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group in its affiliated units, including Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. with the model of industrial parks - urban areas - ecological and smart services, social housing in Binh Duong to attract industries with high added value, as well as participate in the process of restructuring the industrial development space of the province, creating favorable conditions to welcome industrial enterprises, the labor force moving from the south to the north of the province, contributing to the process of restructuring the economy of Binh Duong province.
