Delegation from Military Region 4 Command visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers in Nghe An

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on July 17, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, the working delegation of the Military Region 4 Command visited, encouraged and presented gifts from the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the Military Region 4 Command, and the Provincial Military Command to war invalids and sick soldiers at the War Invalids Nursing Center and the Mental Health War Invalids Nursing Center of Nghe An province.

The delegation was led by Major General Le Van Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region, accompanied by Colonel Nguyen Van An - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

At the centers, Major General Le Van Trung - Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region warmly visited, encouraged and expressed his respect for the great contributions and sacrifices of the wounded and sick soldiers.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region affirmed that, thoroughly grasping the Party's policies and guidelines, over the years, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Military Region 4 Command have always paid attention to and taken good care of implementing the regimes and policies for people with revolutionary contributions with the highest sentiment and responsibility.

He also expressed his wish that wounded and sick soldiers continue to uphold the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, maintain their health, always be an example of overcoming illness and encourage their families and clans to continue upholding the tradition, making worthy contributions to the cause of building and developing their homeland. At the same time, he requested that the staff of the centers continue to uphold their responsibility, wholeheartedly and thoughtfully nurture and care for wounded and sick soldiers.

On the same day, the delegation offered incense to commemorate martyr Nguyen Ba Tuan, former Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, and visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to heroic Vietnamese mother Le Thi Luc, in Thanh Vinh ward.
