Ninh Binh tourism earns nearly 650 billion VND during September 2nd holiday

On September 3, information from the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism said that during the September 2 holiday, the province's tourist attractions welcomed 374,000 visitors, an increase of 67.9% compared to the 2023 holiday. Total tourism revenue during this time is estimated at nearly 650 billion VND, an increase of 182% compared to the same holiday in 2023.

Notably, during the September 2 holiday this year, the number of international visitors to Ninh Binh increased to a record 74,000, an increase of 276.7% compared to the 2023 holiday. Of which, the Indian billionaire's group alone was 5,500 people.

Mr. Bui Van Manh, Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, said that to attract tourists to Ninh Binh, during the holiday, Ninh Binh tourism industry cooperates with localities to organize many programs and activities, such as: Tam Coc (Hoa Lu) culinary culture festival, nightly art performances in Hoa Lu ancient town (Ninh Binh city), newly opened Golden Pagoda tourist route...
