According to information from NOMAD MGMT Vietnam Company (under DatVietVAC), the Russian Embassy invited Vietnamese representatives through the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Upon receiving an invitation from the Intervision 2025 organizing committee, NOMAD MGMT Vietnam - the unit entrusted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the responsibility of introducing national representative artists - decided to send Duc Phuc to attend Intervison 2025.

Not only is Duc Phuc a prominent face of the young generation of artists, he is also a typical model that the program Anh trai say hi (created and produced by DatVietVAC) strives to find and create conditions for development. He is an artist with a clear identity, modern musical thinking, professional style and aspirations to reach international level.
This choice not only affirms Duc Phuc's artistic ability and mettle, but also demonstrates the trust of professionals in the young generation of artists - those who carry on their shoulders the mission of spreading Vietnamese creative culture to the world.
The Vietnamese delegation will include representatives from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnam Musicians Association.
Duc Phuc added: "This is my first time participating in an international program, I am very nervous and worried. There will definitely be certain shortcomings and confusion, but with the determination and spirit of a representative from Vietnam, I will try my best with the Vietnamese team to create an emotional and memorable performance, not to disappoint everyone."
Duc Phuc was chosen because of his outstanding achievements in music and other activities.
He was in the top 5 of Anh trai say hi 2024, and was the champion of The Voice of Vietnam 2015, the most impressive advertising ambassador of 2023; owns a song in the top 10 most favorite songs at Lan song xanh 2022; received the Her World Young Achiever award 2018.
Other notable awards include: Breakthrough Artist Award at WeChoice; Rising Stars Award at VLive Awards 2017; Song of the Year Award at VTV Song I Love 2016; Most Effective Singer at Vietnamese Song November, Most Favorite Singer at the final round of Vietnamese Song 2015...
Intervision to Relaunch in 2025
The Intervision singing competition was launched under the Soviet Union, taking place in Czechoslovakia (from 1965 - 1968) and then in Sopot, Poland (from 1977 - 1980).

After a long absence, Intervision was relaunched in 2025. The goal of the competition is to develop international cultural and humanitarian cooperation, while promoting traditional values.
Intervision will take place from September 11 to 20, 2025 at Live Arena, Novoivanovskoye, Moscow, Russia. The competition will have the participation of representatives from 20 countries such as: Vietnam, China, India, Cuba, Venezuela, Egypt, South Africa...
On the organizing committee's page, in addition to the post introducing Duc Phuc, the contest also introduced Vietnam as a "colorful and unique country, famous for its rich history, diverse culture, beautiful natural landscapes and delicious cuisine".
