Placing a sign at Tien Hai District General Hospital to celebrate the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh

On the morning of May 4, the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Civil and Industrial Works in coordination with the Department of Health organized a ceremony to attach a signboard to the project to celebrate the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024) at Tien Hai District General Hospital.

Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, former member of the Politburo , former Standing member of the Secretariat of the Central Party Committee, and provincial leaders conducted the ceremony of attaching the project's plaque.

Attending the event were comrades: Tran Quoc Vuong, former member of the Politburo, former Standing member of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee; Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee.

Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, former member of the Politburo, former Standing member of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, along with provincial leaders and delegates attended the ceremony.

The construction of the medical examination and treatment building, dialysis center, paraclinical building, administrative building and auxiliary items of Tien Hai District General Hospital started in January 2022 and was completed in early 2024, with a total investment of 61 billion VND. The main project was built with more than 5,500m2 of floor ^space , mainly arranged for the examination block and part of the technical block; including 90 functional rooms, specialized warehouses, 5 ultrasound, X-ray, CT rooms, 1 hemodialysis area and part of the administrative block. After 24 months of construction and 1 month of testing the technical system, the project was completed to meet design requirements, shortening the project implementation time by 9 months.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate and commend the investor, contractor and units participating in the project implementation.

This is the first project on the newly planned land of Tien Hai Hospital, aiming to immediately solve the overload and degradation situation at the old hospital facility, and gradually build a new hospital on the expanded land according to the plan. This is an important project of the health sector, helping to modernize facilities as well as medical equipment, meeting the needs of examination, treatment and health care of people in Tien Hai district.

At the ceremony, comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, former member of the Politburo, former Standing member of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, and provincial leaders performed the ceremony of attaching the project's plaque. This is a meaningful and practical activity on the occasion of the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024).
