Quang Hai scores, Hanoi Police Club wins big against Binh Duong
In the 72nd minute of the match between Hanoi Police Club and Binh Duong in round 8 of V-League 2023-24, when the score was 2-0 for the home team, coach Tran Tien Dai ran onto the field to protest with referee Nguyen Viet Duan.

In this match, Coach Gong Oh Kyun and his team were suspended from work and Coach Tran Tien Dai was the substitute. Although Hanoi Police Club won 3-0, it was clear that Coach Tran Tien Dai's reaction was not good.
After the match, answering a reporter's question about this situation, assistant Azmin Azi of the Hanoi Police Club said: "Everyone is worried about similar situations on the field when there is a collision. It happened, that's all I can say."
Despite receiving a red card, Coach Tran Tien Dai may not return to the position of head coach of the Hanoi Police Club, because in the next few days, former coach of the Thai national team Mano Polking will be the one sitting in the "hot seat" of the Police team.
Assessing the home team's victory, assistant Azmin Azi said: "That's football, it's a story of the right person at the right time. The players played with focus and were hungry for victory.
Binh Duong FC is in a good position on the rankings, but we played effectively. That's why the team won."
Regarding coach Gong's unreasonable use of players leading to poor results in the last 4 rounds, the assistant of the Hanoi Police Club admitted: "I agree that some players did not play in the right position in the previous matches. Each coach has a philosophy, if they are played in the right position, they will play better."

With this victory, assistant Azmin Azi believes that Hanoi Police will be better and still have a chance to defend the championship in V-League 2023-24.
"Quang Hai had a very good match. We still have a chance to win the championship. The whole team needs to work hard and be confident to return to the number one position we had last season," the assistant coach of the Hanoi Police Club confidently said.
Meanwhile, coach Le Huynh Duc said: "Binh Duong had 4 days off, the cold weather also affected the team. The players were not familiar with the pitch, the ball rolled faster, and there were many wrong passes. Hanoi police were stronger, had more good players. Binh Duong players entered the game in the wrong way.
As for Hanoi Police, the people are still the same but have completely changed. The players are more enthusiastic. They are more determined and make better use of opportunities. Binh Duong also had 2-3 opportunities but could not take advantage of them."
Regarding Tien Linh's injury, coach Huynh Duc said he has not been informed by the club's doctors.
