Urgently submit the 2025 land use plan dossier at the district level

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities: Hoi An, Dien Ban, Duy Xuyen, Dai Loc, Nam Giang, Tay Giang, Nam Tra My, Nui Thanh to focus on directing the completion of the local land use plan dossier for 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 29 dated December 12, 2024 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on the establishment and adjustment of land use planning and plans; send the dossier to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to promptly organize appraisal and advise the Provincial People's Committee for approval to ensure the time limit prescribed in Point d, Clause 8, Article 21 of Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government .

The Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments, branches and sectors to urgently register, provide information and coordinate with the District People's Committees to review the project lists in the local land use plan for 2025 related to the sectors and fields under their management, ensuring feasibility and compliance with regulations.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment monitors, urges and urgently appraises the 2025 land use plan dossiers of districts, towns and cities, and submits them to the Provincial People's Committee for approval in accordance with regulations, ensuring the required time.
