Project investment objectives:

Investing in the construction and development of housing in a modern direction in terms of space organization, architecture, landscape, and synchronous technical infrastructure system. The formation of the project will contribute to the urban renovation and expansion in Nui Doi town, creating a modern civilized urban space, renovating the landscape of Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district. The project put into operation will contribute to promoting the socio -economic development of Kien Thuy district in particular and Hai Phong city in general, meeting the housing needs and improving the quality of life of local people.

Project investment scale:

+ Leveling the ground, building a synchronous technical infrastructure system on the entire land; building roads, land use area of about 32,753.33 m2; planting trees, land use area of about 5,970.11 m2; parking lot, garbage station, land use area of about 1,834.33 m2.
+ Construction of 241 townhouses (raw construction and complete exterior), 5 floors high, area from 80 m2 to 120 m2 with 5 m frontage; Total construction floor area of about 94,027 m2. Construction land area of about 22,796.47 m2; construction density of about 79% - 92%.
- Regarding urban infrastructure management within and outside the project scope:
+ Regarding infrastructure outside the project: Implement according to approved planning project.
+ Regarding the infrastructure within the project: the investor directly implements according to the approved detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 and hands it over to the locality for management after completing the connection with the technical infrastructure outside the project.

Summary of basic project requirements

Investment period and progress:

- Project operation period: 05 years, from the date the investor is decided to allocate land.
- Project implementation progress:
+ Capital contribution and capital mobilization progress: According to the construction progress of the Project's works.
+ Progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation: 36 months from the date the City People's Committee issues the land allocation decision.

Project implementation location: Nui Doi Town, Kien Thuy District, Hai Phong

Land area: 8.3 hectares.

Land use purpose: Residential land, green land, public land and traffic land

Approved planning indicators: According to the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the New Urban Area Project in Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district approved by the People's Committee of Kien Thuy district in Decision No. 3142/QD-UBND dated November 6, 2019.

Current status of the land: Agricultural land allocated to individual households for use.

Preliminary total cost of project implementation: 500,539,000,000 VND

Compensation, support and resettlement costs: 40,930,000,000 VND
