It is important to prepare carefully before setting off because the Northwest rice season is also the season of rain, storms, flash floods, and landslides, so it is necessary to monitor the weather to limit risks.
You also need to find out in advance the location and time you want to take the photo. Usually, dawn, early morning, afternoon, and sunset are always times with beautiful slanted light to take photos of the ripe rice season. Taking photos at noon will not give beautiful images because the sun is overhead, the face is not clearly lit.
The model should stand in the middle of the rice field so that the rice is still in the foreground and the background is a wide landscape. The model can pose walking or turning her back to make the photo more vivid.
You should choose clothes that match the rice field scene, prioritize monochrome colors such as white, black, red, or pink to stand out easily. Flowing dresses will give a more beautiful image in the middle of nature.
In addition to landscape and portrait photos, you can take pictures of highland people farming, children's smiles, and rice harvest scenes.
