On the afternoon of September 25, Thua Thien Hue province held a ceremony to honor "Outstanding Citizens of Thua Thien Hue Province" in 2023 and presented State-level awards to collectives and individuals.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee Pham Duc Tien and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong presented flowers and the title "Outstanding Citizen of Thua Thien Hue Province" in 2023 to Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien.
The 10 individuals awarded the title "Outstanding Citizens of Thua Thien Hue Province" in 2023 are individuals with outstanding achievements in many fields.
Among the 10 individuals awarded the title "Outstanding Citizen of Thua Thien Hue Province" in 2023 is Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien, Head of Security Department, Vietnam Airports Corporation (former Director of Phu Bai International Airport).
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that this is the third time Thua Thien Hue province has organized a vote and honored "Outstanding Citizens".
This event is not only to recognize the efforts and outstanding achievements of outstanding individuals, but also to encourage, motivate and inspire them to continue to strive and dedicate themselves more in life and for the future.
On this occasion, authorized by the Government, Thua Thien Hue province announced the decisions of the President and Prime Minister on awarding State-level awards.
Accordingly, the Second Class Labor Medal was awarded to Meritorious Doctor Truong Nhu Son - Director of Phu Vang District Medical Center, Thua Thien Hue Provincial Department of Health.
Awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to 1 collective and 8 individuals and the Government's Emulation Flag to 8 collectives for their outstanding achievements in work.
