The first day of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam ended peacefully

On June 26, candidates taking the 2025 High School Graduation Exam across the province completed two subjects: Literature and Mathematics. Overall, the exam sites were orderly and well-organized, with most candidates excited to complete the exam as expected.

At the exam scores of Trieu Thi Trinh Secondary School (Long Xuyen City) - the exam venue for candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program, many candidates appeared quite relaxed after completing the exam. Huynh Dang Khoa, a special candidate who is performing military service at Regiment 3, Division 330 (Military Region 9), was one of the first candidates to leave the exam room with a bright smile.

Sharing about this year's Literature exam, Dang Khoa said: "Recently, although I am in the army, I still try to study by myself. I find this year's exam quite suitable for my ability." Sharing the same excitement, Nguyen Thi My Ngoc (exam site of Trieu Thi Trinh Secondary School) is very confident about her work because she spent a lot of time studying and commented that this year's exam was quite suitable for candidates.

Meanwhile, for Math, the test time is 90 minutes, in multiple choice format. Candidates said that the test followed the curriculum closely, but had high differentiation, about 40% of the questions in the test required high application and careful calculation. Some questions were a bit difficult, requiring students to have a firm grasp of the knowledge.

Taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program, candidate Nguyen Trong Tin, class 12A4, Chu Van An High School (Phu Tan District) expressed his confidence because he was well prepared by his teachers throughout the review process. In particular, the students themselves tried their best in the "sprint" stage to enter the exam easily and excitedly. Having passed the first day quite smoothly, Tin and his friends are determined to complete tomorrow's exam well to achieve high results.

At the examination sites, the volunteer force of the "Exam Support" program continues to accompany and support candidates in all aspects. According to a quick report from the Examination Board of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, in the afternoon, 20,847 candidates were present (99.74%). The examination was safe, serious, and in accordance with regulations.
