Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1669/QD-TTg dated December 27, 2024 to transfer and appoint Mr. Cao Huy, Deputy Head of the Government Office , to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Home Affairs.

Mr. Cao Huy holds the position of Deputy Minister of Home Affairs.

The decision takes effect from January 1, 2025.

* Mr. Cao Huy was born in 1968, hometown Hai Duong province.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Cao Huy held the following positions: Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government Office; Vice Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Chief of the Office of the Government Party Committee, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Government Office; Deputy Director of the Government Office.
