Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026.

On the afternoon of July 31, at the 19th session (special session), the People's Council of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, term 2021 - 2026, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Committee was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, term 2021 - 2026.

Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born on October 3, 1977, hometown Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.

His professional qualifications: Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Education Management, Bachelor of Science in Social Management; Political theory level: Advanced

Before May 2015, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was Chief of Office of the Provincial Youth Union; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and then Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union of Bac Ninh province.

On May 8, 2015, he was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term.

In July 2020, Mr. Tuan was a member of the Standing Committee of the 19th Provincial Party Committee, term 2015-2020; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XVIII, term 2016-2021.

In October 2020, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020-2025; Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term XVIII, 2016-2021.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, he was elected as an alternate member of the 13th Party Central Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

On July 16, 2024, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was assigned by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to manage the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province until the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is completed.

On July 29, 2024, he was elected Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025.
