The contest is chaired by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), aiming to arouse love for the homeland, pride in the achievements of economic , cultural, social development, natural landscapes, especially the people of Nghe An - rich in affection, hard-working, creative, united and always aiming for happiness.
This is also one of the practical and meaningful activities to welcome the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
According to Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An province Tran Thi My Hanh, through photos and short video clips, each citizen can become an inspirational ambassador, contributing to introducing a dynamic, modern Nghe An that is still imbued with its identity, an Nghe An where each person lives, studies, works and contributes in a safe, friendly and happy environment.
Each citizen, tourist, artist, photographer, and reporter tells their happy story about Nghe An through the lens of images and videos to together preserve and spread beautiful, humane, and emotional moments.
Authors and groups of authors submit their entries at: https://nghean.vietnam.vn. The submission period is from July 15 to October 1.

Entries must be legal and not infringe copyright. Authors are fully responsible for the copyright of their works. Entries must be highly promotional, meet the criteria of artistic quality, and must not violate Vietnamese customs and laws in terms of content and form of expression.
The contest is for two categories: photos and videos. General criteria for the content of the entries: Introduce and promote the image of Nghe An land and people, cultural and natural values of Nghe An province; arouse pride and aspiration for development in all classes of people to join hands to build Nghe An increasingly prosperous, prosperous and happy.
Reflecting truthfully and vividly the development achievements in all aspects of political, economic, cultural and social life of Nghe An, especially in the process of innovation, development and international integration.
Convey valuable knowledge, attract strong public interest and have wide influence at home and abroad. Do not violate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws and the regulations of the Contest; be consistent with national customs, traditions and culture.
