This morning, November 13, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Traffic Safety Committee of Quang Tri Province Le Duc Tien and leaders of the People's Committees of Vinh Linh and Gio Linh districts visited, encouraged and presented gifts to families with relatives who were traffic accident victims in difficult circumstances in the localities.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien visited, presented gifts and encouraged the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan, in Sa Nam village, Vinh Long commune, Linh Linh district, whose 16-year-old son died in a traffic accident; the family of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tung, in Hoa Nam village, Vinh Long commune, Vinh Linh district, whose 69-year-old father died in a traffic accident; the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Xuan, in Ha Thuong village, Gio Chau commune, Gio Linh district, whose 61-year-old father died in a traffic accident; and the family of Mr. Tran Nhat Hoang, in Lan Dinh village, Phong Binh commune, Gio Linh district, whose 14-year-old daughter died in a traffic accident.

Visiting the families, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien kindly inquired, shared the loss, encouraged the families to overcome the pain and immediate difficulties, and at the same time gave each family 2 million VND and 1 gift.
For families in especially difficult circumstances, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien suggested that local authorities pay attention to economic solutions and support families to improve their lives.
On the occasion of the World Day of Remembrance for Traffic Accident Victims 2024, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee visited, encouraged, and provided support to 45 families with relatives who were traffic accident victims in difficult circumstances in districts, towns, and cities in the province. The support level for each case includes 2 million VND and a gift.
