The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued a Decision on organizing "National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day 2024".

Accordingly, National E-commerce Week will be held from November 25, 2024 to December 1, 2024; at the same time, 60 hours of Vietnam Online Shopping Day - Online Friday 2024 will be held from 0:00 on November 29, 2024 to 12:00 on December 1, 2024.

National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day – Online Friday 2024 will be held nationwide. Participants are all organizations and traders as prescribed by law.

The program offers many incentives for products and services from manufacturing and distribution enterprises, creating practical benefits for consumers nationwide; strongly promoting the use of electronic payment solutions, aiming at secure payment solutions to build consumer trust in product quality and transactions in the online environment.

Deploy "60 hours of Vietnam Online Shopping Day - Online Friday 2024" on website systems and applications under the program, providing nationwide promotional shopping codes on platforms and promotional programs for products/services of large enterprises operating in the field of production and distribution through e-commerce;

Organize experience space, exhibition of genuine products and digital transformation solutions of Vietnamese enterprises in Hanoi and provinces and centrally run cities.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that this is the largest online shopping program in Vietnam with activities to experience e-commerce and digital technology , stimulate domestic consumption, increase people's awareness of e-commerce, promote the development of infrastructure and digital technology solutions; at the same time, orient and support businesses to participate in building a sustainable e-commerce market in Vietnam.
