Ahead of the 2023 Women's World Cup, American media channels have analyzed a lot about the participating teams. In the section about the Vietnamese women's team, Thanh Nha is always mentioned next to her senior Huynh Nhu.
Recently, the American newspaper CBS Sports warned the home team about the danger of Thanh Nha.
CBS Sports wrote: "Nguyen Thi Thanh Nha is a young star to watch in Vietnam. The 21-year-old striker scored the only goal in the friendly match between Vietnam and Germany.
She will be another option on the attack line alongside Huynh Nhu, Vietnam's top scorer, with 67 goals in 72 matches."
The goal that Thanh Nha scored against the German women's team last month has truly raised her name to a new level. Recently, a German club has even contacted her and wanted to bring Thanh Nha to play football in Europe.
Before the upcoming match, Thanh Nha is also feeling very confident. She affirmed that she and her teammates will fight with all their might to achieve the best results:
"After the two recent friendly matches, my team and I have gained a lot of experience when competing with strong teams. The Vietnamese women's team is also in the process of completing so that we can apply what we have learned to the World Cup and try to have good matches.

The opening match of the Vietnamese women's team in Group E of the 2023 World Cup, against the US women's team, will take place on July 22.
