Previously, on April 13, 2025, Quang Tri General Hospital was recognized as meeting the requirements for implementing electronic medical records to replace paper medical records, an important step in the hospital's modernization journey.
It is known that electronic medical records are not only a modern patient record management tool but also the "heart" of the digital healthcare ecosystem. Completely replacing paper medical records will contribute to reducing procedures, improving the quality of medical data, ensuring data security and creating a solid foundation for connecting and sharing data with the national healthcare system.
