The theme of this year’s International Yoga Day is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, highlighting the inseparable connection between human health and planetary health. In addition to its physical benefits, Yoga – through breathing and meditation techniques – helps to cultivate inner peace, promote balance and awareness, thereby guiding people towards a harmonious and sustainable lifestyle.

In some localities such as Lang Son, Bac Giang , Dien Bien and Binh Thuan, Yoga performances were also held with the participation of both Vietnamese and Indian citizens, contributing to strengthening the friendship between the two countries.

Another big event on the same day also took place at Tam Thanh Square ( Quang Nam ), attracting a large number of locals and tourists to participate.
