The festival held on November 30 attracted the participation of 100 businesses, of which 90 businesses directly recruited at 93 booths, 10 businesses accompanied the school to organize recruitment events before and after the festival. This is the fourth year the school has coordinated to organize the HUBT Student Job Fair.
HUBT Student Job Fair 2024 brings nearly 5,000 job opportunities to students, alumni of the school's courses, students of other universities and colleges in areas surrounding the school and freelance workers looking for jobs.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Cong Nghiep, Permanent Vice Principal of the school, delivered the opening speech of the festival.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Cong Nghiep, Permanent Vice Principal of the school, thanked the businesses participating in the festival; hoping that through the festival, students will have the opportunity to participate in recruitment activities, exchange knowledge and skills with companies and recruiting units, and better prepare themselves mentally to be ready to participate in the labor market.
Recruitment results from the student job fair will be the basis for the school to orient training in accordance with the needs of businesses, thereby improving training quality, linking training with the actual use of human resources in society.

The difference of this year's job fair is that the school spends more time for students to interact with businesses; at the same time, it organizes entertainment activities, culinary , book exhibitions, art performances, calligraphy... to create a vibrant and attractive atmosphere, true to the nature of a festival.
