In addition to the players banned from playing, there are 2 coaches banned from performing duties in round 9. They are coach Van Sy Son of Quang Nam and assistant coach Hoang Thanh Tung of Thanh Hoa Club.

Round 9 of V.League will be played over two days (November 19 and 20). The top team Thanh Hoa will host Da Nang. The defending champion Nam Dinh will visit Binh Duong. Meanwhile, the matches between Hai Phong and HAGL or Hanoi Police Club and Binh Dinh also receive much attention.
After this round ends, V.League will take a break for about 2 months to make room for the Vietnam team to compete in the AFF Cup 2024. According to the plan, 30 players will be summoned to join the team in Hanoi on November 21.
Nam Dinh FC will continue to compete in the AFC Champions League on November 27 and December 4. Therefore, if any players from the Nam Dinh team are called up, they will not attend the training trip to Korea.
