Apple says this audio cable is specifically designed for AirPods Max with USB-C port and Beats Studio Pro headphones. It allows these devices to be directly connected to the audio port of a Mac, in-flight entertainment system or other devices for maximum convenience for users.

Uniqueness comes from Apple's new cable

The highlight of this cable is its bidirectional feature, allowing it to be used with both 3.5mm audio input and output ports. This means that users can connect AirPods Max or Beats Studio Pro to a 3.5mm audio source, or connect iPhones and iPads to speakers with 3.5mm audio ports. Apple emphasizes that when connected to AirPods Max, this cable provides extremely low latency to the built-in speakers for an enhanced audio experience when gaming or creating content.

Nvidia and Apple compete for the position of the world's most valuable company

Apple's new USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter cable is now on sale for $39, opening up a new option for high-quality audio lovers.

The appearance of the new cable is surprising to users because Apple used to offer a similar cable with a Lightning connection, but this product was later discontinued. This has led many to question whether the new cable will follow in the footsteps of the previous product.
