TPO - The People's Council of Bac Ninh province has approved the policy of building Van Ha bridge connecting Viet Yen town - Bac Giang with Bac Ninh city.
Accordingly, the investment in the construction of Van Ha bridge is considered extremely necessary, creating conditions for exchange, economic, cultural and social development, disaster prevention and rescue of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces.
The construction plan of Van Ha bridge and approach roads ensures compliance with the general urban planning of Bac Ninh province until 2045 approved by the Prime Minister and the urban zoning plan of Bac Ninh.

The Van Ha bridge project is not included in the land use planning for the period 2021 - 2030 of Bac Ninh city, so it is necessary to adjust and supplement the planning and land use plan to ensure the conditions for deciding on investment policies.
The construction location of Van Ha Bridge is on the planned road connecting Bac Ninh City Theater to Van Ha Commune (Viet Yen Town, Bac Giang). The investment scale for the construction of a permanent bridge is reinforced concrete, the length of the bridge is about 360 m. The total investment is about 220 billion VND. Investment preparation and construction will start in 2025, and the project will be completed in 2026.
