The emulation movement will be implemented from 2025 - 2030, including 2 phases (from 2025 - 2027; 2027 - 2030).
In particular, the competition focuses on key contents such as promoting propaganda and education on digital transformation, science and technology, innovation in thinking, raising awareness and responsibility of Party committees, commanders and soldiers at all levels: building synchronous digital infrastructure, deploying new technology applications (5G, AI, Big Data)... in performing military - defense tasks and administrative reform.
Forming digital agencies and units; popularizing basic digital knowledge and skills for officers and soldiers through activities such as "Digital Practice Hours", "Digital Skills Festival"; implementing the "Digital Literacy for the People" movement with the motto "Those who know should teach those who don't know, those who know a lot should teach those who know little".
The unit strives to have over 80% of professional staff mastering digital skills by the end of 2025; 100% by 2026, moving towards mastering strategic technologies in the 2027-2030 period.
After the emulation launching ceremony, the unit organized propaganda on the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly to all cadres and soldiers, thereby contributing to strengthening political awareness, unifying ideology and action throughout the unit.
