Working with the Provincial Department of Execution of Civil Judgments, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council listened to a report on the organization of administrative judgment enforcement and civil judgment enforcement for judgments and decisions related to land from 2021 to present. Specifically, including: Monitoring the reception and organization of enforcement of effective judgments and administrative decisions of the Court; advising the Provincial and District People's Committees according to their functions and tasks; coordinating the organization of judgment enforcement and enforcement; monitoring the awareness and responsibility of the person subject to judgment enforcement; serving notices, decisions, and judgment enforcement documents to the parties; inspection, examination, settlement of complaints and denunciations, etc.
Working with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the monitoring delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee listened to the Department's report on the matter. comply with the law in the work of receiving and handling administrative procedures for converting agricultural land use purposes to residential land for households and individuals in a number of localities in the province in the period of 2021-2024. Specifically, including: Advising the Provincial People's Committee to direct, deploy, and guide the implementation of relevant legal regulations; appraisal and consulting on the approval of annual land use plans and targets for converting land use purposes; monitoring and checking the implementation of land use planning and plans, and converting land use purposes; inspection, examination, settlement of complaints, denunciations, and recommendations of related people...
The monitoring delegation also presented the results of previous field surveys in 6 localities in the province, namely Mong Cai, Dam Ha, Quang Yen, Uong Bi, Ha Long, and Van Don. On that basis, the monitoring delegation requested the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to clarify the causes of some existing problems, difficulties, and obstacles still recorded at the grassroots level related to the fields and responsibilities of the two sectors. Regarding the detailed reports and proposals presented by the two units at the working session, the Monitoring Delegation of the Legal Department will synthesize them to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution in the coming time according to regulations.
