Revolutionary journalism lights the way for generations of journalists

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), generations of journalists in the digital age continue the traditional flame of 100 years of revolutionary journalism. Each journalist, in different fields and ages, shares the same aspiration to build a Vietnamese revolutionary press imbued with revolutionary, popular, Party and fighting spirit - a sharp ideological weapon in the cause of fighting for national independence, national unification, building and defending the Fatherland.

From June 19 to 21, at the National Convention Center, the 2025 National Press Festival took place with the theme "Loyal, Creative, Courageous, Innovative Vietnamese Press for the Cause of Building and Protecting the Fatherland". Here, each exhibition booth is a vivid story, recreating the development, innovation and integration of the country's press. Not only honoring outstanding achievements, the National Press Festival is also a meeting place between journalists and the public, where tradition meets modernity, where we look back on the glorious journey of revolutionary journalism over the past 100 years.

Not far from the press conference is the Vietnam Journalism Museum, located at the headquarters of the Vietnam Journalists Association . There, artifacts and documents about generations of journalists are preserved, marking the history of national journalism. Over the past 5 years, the museum has been a historical repository, a red address for educating traditions for future generations of journalists.
