In order to promote the sports training movement and develop pickleball in the province, Tam Giang Club with members full of enthusiasm for the new and very attractive sport such as Truong Thanh Tuan, Nguyen Khac Trung, Quach Dac Dung, Nguyen Minh Cong, Lieu Thoai Huy and Nguyen Hong Thai have determined to organize the tournament considered the most magnificent in Vietnam up to this point.
A lot of tennis players attended the tournament.
Nearly 200 players from Ho Chi Minh City, Long An , Ben Tre, Can Tho, Binh Duong... participated in the tournament, showing the attraction of this newly developed and very suitable sport in Vietnam. In particular, the tournament had the participation of 65-year-old female player Nguyen Thi Quynh Van and 2 9-year-old players Nguyen Le Dang Khoa and Huynh Phuc Khang in the newbie category. Besides, there were 2 categories of 7.5 points and open for all passionate players.
The Organizing Committee presented souvenirs to the oldest and two youngest players of the tournament.
With the players considered the strongest in Vietnam at present participating in the open event such as former Vietnamese table tennis champion Ly Minh Triet, former Vietnamese tennis champion Huynh Chi Khuong, Phan Van Bao ( world silver medalist), Le Ba Thanh Xuan (Asian bronze medalist)... helped the tournament have very attractive and dramatic matches.

Besides the dramatic matches, the final match of the open content between the pair Ly Minh Triet - Huynh Chi Khuong (Pickleball and Friends VN) and Phan Van Bao - Tran Anh Tuan (Baby Shark) gave the audience top-notch ball moves at world class. With extensive experience, the "veteran" pair Minh Triet - Chi Khuong won convincingly with a score of 2-0 to take the championship.
Mr. Trinh Xuan Toan excellently entered the semi-finals of the open content.
