The Wall Band
At the 30th anniversary program, in addition to recreating hits associated with the band's history and the youth of many generations of audiences, Buc Tuong also included in the playlist many songs composed in the recent period, which have received the love of the public. Together with the accompaniment of Meritorious Artist Co Huy Hung and Meritorious Artist Hoang Anh, the band brought to the rock performance the beautiful colors of traditional culture, continuing the journey of spreading Vietnamese culture that Buc Tuong has always pursued.
Tran Tuan Hung, the band's leader and music director of the program, shared: "Rock fans are always waiting for The Wall to return, not only in one or two live shows but also with each music product and each activity we announce. In the messages and comments sent back, I feel the excitement and anticipation of many generations, from the 7x, 8x to the young generation of the 9x, born after 2000. I feel nervous before this event, just like the first days I went on stage with my brothers in the band."
With 30 years of operation, the band Buc Tuong has left a special mark with 7 studio albums and explosive live shows and tours across Vietnam, conquering many generations of music lovers.
In 2016, leader Tran Lap, lead vocalist and songwriter of Buc Tuong, passed away, leaving a huge void in Buc Tuong’s presence. For the band and its beloved audience, Tran Lap will forever be the soul and inspiration on this glorious journey that is not strewn with roses.
