The 10 individuals whose personal privacy was violated by Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang and her accomplices and whose content was insulting and affecting their reputation and honor were all summoned to court by the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City as litigants with related rights and obligations, including: Mr. Vo Nguyen Hoai Linh (artist Hoai Linh), Ms. Nguyen Thi My Oanh (singer Vy Oanh), Ms. Dang Thi Han Ni (lawyer, journalist), Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien (journalist Duc Hien), the couple Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Tien (singer Thuy Tien) and Mr. Le Cong Vinh, Mr. Huynh Minh Hung (singer Dam Vinh Hung), Ms. Dinh Thi Lan, Ms. Le Thi Giau and Ms. Truong Viet Ha.
