Singer Jun Pham and his fan community had a warm and intimate meeting to celebrate his 15th anniversary.
Recently, he and his fans have carried out many activities under the Carrot Day project. They raised more than 1 billion VND for the Vietnam Heartbeat Fund, equivalent to the cost of heart surgery for 30 children.
Jun Pham burst into tears when receiving a birthday cake as a gift and deep gratitude from the children saved in the previous project "Drawing words, turning hearts into love" .
"I don't know what to say, the children surprised me so much. Seeing them here again today, seeing them healthy and bigger, being able to speak clearly and confidently like that, we are all very happy," he said.
Sharing about the project Drawing words, turning into love and the program Scars of life , Jun Pham humorously said: "If you ask me what I think about the amount of donations, I can only say that Jun Pham's audience is so rich! Thank you very much everyone. All of everyone's contributions are definitely for everyone, I am just a 'small bridge'".
The singer added that he wanted to spread meaningful work, everyone contributing for fun. On his birthday, he wished to become more famous so that his fan base would grow, and from there the amount of donations would increase many times to save the children.
Jun Pham believes that this is a mission inherited from his teacher - director Ngo Thanh Van, although sometimes he feels pressured when he cannot do as much as his sister. In return, volunteering helps his life to always be light, happy and full of excitement.
At the meeting, Jun Pham also introduced the music collection Lost Songs, which includes 3 songs: Love you more than yourself, Just sit close and Two hands - songs that were recorded a long time ago but have not had the opportunity to be released. The singer promised to soon complete and release his first album.
Sharing more with VietNamNet, Jun Pham is satisfied with what he has achieved on the occasion of the 15-year milestone of operation.
When asked about the possibility of collaborating with Ngo Thanh Van in music , Jun Pham said: "This depends on the 'mother', I cannot decide. Several times, Ms. Van jokingly said that she wanted to direct a MV for me, but I understand what her top priority is right now. Therefore, whenever Ms. Van wants to do it, I am always willing. If not, the fact that she always follows and supports my activities makes me so happy."
