Accordingly, the Resolution stipulates support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working in agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations, public service units, and associations assigned by the Party and the State in the locality of Bac Kan province (before reorganization) to work at provincial-level agencies and units (after reorganization) and commune-level agencies within the administrative boundaries of Thai Nguyen province (before reorganization).
Specifically, the support for travel expenses and housing rent is VND 4,000,000/person/month. This support amount is not used to calculate social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance contributions and is not used as a basis for calculating other benefits and allowances.
Conditions for receiving support: are cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who do not have a house owned by themselves or by their spouse in Thai Nguyen province (before the arrangement) at the time of receiving support and are continuing to work after the arrangement.
Duration of support: Working less than 15 days/month is calculated as half the support level. From 15 days/month or more is counted as 1 month.
Funding sources are from the central and local budgets. The Resolution takes effect from July 14, 2025 to September 30, 2027.
