Along with organizing training according to the program, the Parade and Marching Subcommittee coordinated and deployed reconnaissance units, specifically determining the maneuver routes and gathering locations of forces in Hanoi. Accordingly, the Military Training Department - School presided over and coordinated with the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security ; Hanoi City Police and related units to survey the maneuver routes, gathering areas of forces before and after the parade and march, and street parade routes; coordinated with the Hanoi City Department of Construction to survey the routes, propose plans to renovate and upgrade the routes serving the parade and marching tasks.
Vietnam Television built a script outline for the live broadcast of the parade, focusing on clarifying the outstanding features of each walking group, military artillery and police special vehicles, and coordinated filming at the National Military Training Center 4 to ensure quality.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested agencies and units to complete combat readiness plans, organize specific and tight coordination, and deploy implementation to ensure absolute safety for the celebration.
