According to the AFC format, teams in the seeded group will be drawn to play against teams in the remaining groups. Teams in the same group will not meet each other in the quarterfinals. Accordingly, the opponent of Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club in the quarterfinals is one of three teams: Abu Dhabi Country Club (UAE), Bam Khatoon (Iran) or Wuhan Jiangda (China).
The above achievements also helped the HCM City Women's Club earn a considerable amount of money. Specifically, this team earned 100,000 USD for participating in the group stage, 40,000 USD for 2 wins and 80,000 USD for reaching the quarter-finals.
