Son reveals President-elect Trump's priorities in second term

(Dan Tri) - Eric Trump's second son said that US President-elect Donald Trump has a long list of things to do when he returns to the White House early next year.

In an interview with the New York Post on November 27, Eric Trump, the second son of US President-elect Donald Trump, said that when he returns to the White House in January next year, Mr. Trump will prioritize solving a number of problems.

"End the conflicts. Right now, our leaders are allowing Ukraine to fire missiles into the heart of Russia, a nuclear power. And we're paying for it. Does anyone really think that's a good idea? No. My father wanted to end the conflicts. That was his first priority on day one," Eric said.

Eric, 40, has not been appointed to any official position in President-elect Trump's incoming administration, but is said to be a key adviser on the transition team.

" Peace is the first goal. Also, you will see the administration get tough on immigration. Walls will be built. Laws will be enforced. We will rebuild our military to be the most powerful force on the planet," Eric added.

In addition to the above priorities, according to Mr. Eric, his father was particularly interested in fentanyl.

"I can't tell you how much my dad cares about stopping fentanyl from hurting kids. He talks about it constantly. He knows people who have lost their families, lost their children to this terrible drug," said Eric.

After winning the election on November 5, Mr. Trump will be sworn in as the 47th president of the United States on January 20 next year.

During his campaign, he focused on immigration and the conflict in Ukraine, saying several times that he could end the conflict within 24 hours, but did not offer specific solutions.
