Accordingly, citizens who need to be issued with an ID card and an electronic identification account can go to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center in Minh Xuan ward and 35 other locations in the following wards and communes: My Lam, An Tuong, Ha Giang 2, Son Duong, Phu Luong, Yen Son, Trung Son, Ham Yen, Bach Xa, Chiem Hoa, Tri Phu, Na Hang, Yen Hoa, Lam Binh, Minh Quang, Lung Tam, Nam Dich, Vinh Tuy, Xuan Giang, Linh Ho, Duong Thuong, Pho Bang, Son Vi, Khuon Lung, Minh Ngoc, Dong Van, Meo Vac, Yen Minh, Quan Ba, Vi Xuyen, Bac Me, Bac Quang, Quang Binh, Hoang Su Phi, Pa Vay Su.
