According to the above document, the Department of Construction publicly announced the document approving the investment policy of 10 social housing construction investment projects.
These are the projects: Social housing area ChC1 and ChC2 in Phuoc Tan ward, Social housing in Tam Hiep ward, Social housing in the apartment land in the resettlement area of Long Binh ward, Social housing apartment complex in the 2.1 hectare land in Phuoc An commune, Social housing apartment complex in the 3.7 hectare land in Phuoc An commune.
Along with that is the Social Housing project on a land area of about 3.5 hectares in Trang Bom commune, Social Housing on a land area of 2.8 hectares in Ho Nai ward, Social Housing area in Tan Trieu ward, An Phuoc Social Housing area in An Phuoc commune and Phuoc Binh Social Housing project in Phuoc Thai commune.
The deadline for publicizing information and receiving application documents for handover to investors is 30 days (from July 10 to August 8, 2025). Individuals and organizations interested in social housing projects in the above-mentioned province can submit their application documents directly or via postal service to the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province.
