Speaking at the congress, Major General Le Van Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region IV, congratulated the achievements of the Division Party Committee and praised the 968th Division Party Committee for successfully completing the task of organizing the 12th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term on schedule, creating an important foundation to continue building a clean and strong Division Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Division, "Exemplary and typical" in the coming time.
Regarding the direction for the next term, it is recommended that the congress pay attention to leading, directing and implementing well a number of issues such as: Promoting the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party organizations at all levels in the entire Party; improving the quality and effectiveness of political education and ideological orientation, proactively grasping and promptly resolving soldiers' thoughts; promoting democracy at the grassroots level, resolving well relationships, especially relationships with Party committees, authorities and local people where troops are stationed.
Focus on thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing resolutions, directives and orders from superiors on military work, national defense, training and combat readiness; leaders maintain strict discipline, regularly review, adjust, supplement and practice plans.
Improve overall quality and qualifications to meet requirements and tasks in all situations; be ready to mobilize to perform tasks; build good solidarity and unity within the entire Party organization and unit.
