Voters of Phuong Vien and Bang Phuc Communes have had many complaints, and the locality has also sent opinions to the district to request the investor ( Bac Kan Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board) to take remedial measures. "Currently, Provincial Road 257B is not only difficult to travel on, but also poses a potential risk of traffic accidents and traffic jams.
