Initial information, around 11:00 am the same day, received a report about a reckless and dangerous subject in alley 110 Nguyen An Ninh, ward 7, Vung Tau city.

Police and mobile police immediately arrived at the scene. At that time, the suspect burned two motorbikes, including one belonging to the police force, and stabbed a police officer, injuring him. After that, the suspect went up to the second floor and barricaded himself in the house.
