Inspection delegation 1571 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Party Committee of the Provincial Women's Union

On August 29, Inspection Delegation 1571 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee had a working session with the Party Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on leadership and direction in implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TU dated January 25, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas by 2025, with a vision to 2030.

With the timely attention and direction of the Party Committees and the Women's Unions at all levels, the Women's Unions at all levels in the province have focused on effectively implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee. The work of propaganda, mobilization, support, care for the interests and improvement of the lives of Women's Union members in ethnic minority areas has received practical attention, through movements such as: "Women do good business", "Women help each other develop the economy", "Help poor Women have an address"; the Unions at all levels have also guaranteed loans for Women's Union members from banks, with a total outstanding debt of over 1,350 billion VND, from the Women's Start-up Support Fund, capital has been provided to 493 disadvantaged women with capital to cover expenses and start businesses. Activities of health care, building happy families, training and equipping knowledge on gender equality, solving urgent problems of Women and children have received attention and focus.

At the working session, Inspection Delegation 1571 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee acknowledged the initial results in implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TU; at the same time, requested the Provincial Women's Union to continue to thoroughly grasp and widely disseminate the contents of the resolution to union officials at all levels, especially unions in ethnic minority areas. Focus on researching and flexibly applying central guidelines to effectively implement Project 8 "Implementing gender equality and solving urgent problems for women and children" to ensure compliance with regulations. Pay attention to supporting ethnic minority and mountainous women to develop household economy, strengthen links with banks, create conditions for women to access preferential loans; focus on training and job creation; connect with agencies and businesses to support women to start businesses...
